UPDATE 3/18-2014: Now with extra Schadenfreude

Sarah Slocum, the social media consultant who said she was attacked for wearing Google Glass in a San Francisco bar, was accused two years ago by neighbors of surreptitiously recording them with her smartphone, according to court documents ... The next morning, Campbell filed for a restraining order. Campbell said Slocum later admitted in court she recorded the conversation but said Campbell had no expectation of privacy. A judge granted the restraining order, which prevented Slocum from coming close enough to Campbell's home to record conversations.

"Breaking the rules or being rude will not get businesses excited about Glass and will ruin it for other Explorers."

If you run a bar, cafe, or restaurant, and want signs to put up to let customers that you don't allow the use of Google Glass or other audio/video recording devices, StopTheCyborgs has some that are creative commons licensed to download and print out.
